PRIVACY & PERSONAL DATA
The data user for the purposes of this Privacy Policy is Tekcent and/ or all of its affiliates (“Tekcent”, “we”, “us” “our”).
By accessing our website(s) and any other platform, or service provided by us (“Site”), we may collect and process the following personal data information about you, the data subject (“Data”) and only in respect of commercial transactions:
- basic personal details and contact information that you provide to us, for example when you fill out a contact or web form, or if you register to receive updates
- site usage and other technical data, such as information about the browser or device you use to access this Site, how you use this Site and the pages you visit, traffic and location data
- recruitment related data, such as your curriculum vitae, your education and employment history, details of professional memberships and other information relevant to potential
- recruitment to Tekcent when you submit a job application

By continuing to access and/ or use our Site, in addition to it being a necessary part of the performance of the contract and terms and conditions between us, you also expressly consent thereto to us being able to process your Data.
Data may be used by Tekcent on a needs-basis and for the proper functioning of Tekcent business. We also confirm that the Data shall only be processed: (a) for lawful purposes in relation to your activities with us and in respect of the Site; (b) as necessary for and directly related to that purpose; and (c) in a manner which is adequate and not excessive in relation to that purpose.
USING YOUR DATA
Unless otherwise stated, we will use the Data on the basis that it is within our legitimate interests in operating and maintaining the Site and providing you with Site functionality and related services. We may use the Data provided or obtained to:

We also use the Data to meet our compliance or regulatory obligations, to comply with any applicable laws and regulations, and to share with regulators and relevant authorities that Tekcent is subject to. SHARING YOUR DATA

We will retain your Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which this Data was collected and any other related purpose, for example we retain information to comply with legal or regulatory requirements or for our legitimate purposes, such as responding to queries or complaints, fighting fraud and financial crime, responding to requests from regulators, etc. Our retention periods are also based on our business needs and good practice.
TRANSFERRING YOUR DATA
The Data may be transferred to and stored in locations outside the jurisdiction in which you provide it or where you are viewing our Site. We use various measures to keep the Data safe and secure, such as encryption and other forms of security. We also require our staff and any third parties who carry out any work on our behalf to comply with appropriate compliance standards.
